a nice long run at 7:30am.
been months since i last ran (i think). been really long since i last ran in the morning. was reading newspaper when suddenly, there came the inspiration to go running! kindof miss the adrenaline rush, the feeling of wind brushing past me, the feeling of heart beating strong, the feeling of the legs moving continuously. (eh a bit exagerated cos the run wasn't as easy as described)
by 1.5km, my sides were aching and requesting my legs to stop moving. by 2.4km, my speed was as slow as snail. But, by the 3km mark, i was running smooothly, no more side aches as i ran towards my house. no more heavy breathing. the legs just took me home. with the aunties and uncles cheering and waving me on. lolz for a moment, they thought i was the fastest runner in my neighbourhood (cos there was a walkaton cum run starting at 8am which i didn't realize until later) the feeling at the end was great cos i came home refreshed. totally esp after a nice long hot bath. it was a nice way to start off a day.
had a little amusement from a fren amidst the really long exams with her unique greeting via sms. lolz thanks, simple yet it did brighten up my day with all the long studying. thank you.
time to continue studying for last paper!
