REDANG! *smilez* hit off quite well with the company i was with hence enjoyed myself quite a lot with the sun, sea and beach :)

snokeling. probably the highlights of the trip. it was beautiful swimming among the fishes and corals. an experience. though i m seriously scared when i m surrounded by a swarm of fishes...

to all who made a little time to accommodate to my schedule, thank you pplz. spent a little time having dinner with 47ers. short catch up session yet it sure brings back nice memories. the donuts were meant to be given when i leave, but it got a little delayed. sss, yea meeting soon. to my parents who gave me sth to look forward to over the weekend, :) (ha though they'll nv see this). to you, for bringing smiles onto my face.

i love nature! *smilez* think i am starting to fall in love as a tourist in singapore. waahaha

ehmmz...there's someone meditating in this makeshift area?! i think the identity shall not be revealed, yet its so obvious...haah

jelly day.

attempted my hands at jelly-'guo dong' as well as agar agar for my parents. wellz, guo dong was fast! within a few hrs it was done with little mess, since premix was used. mmz...decided to do more jellies since only a little was made. agar agar hasn't been attempted before, hence decided to take up the challenge.

wellz, it sure took more efforts than premix. firstly, sugar was added. had to stir using a slow flame, which meant it took me hrs of stirring. looking over it steaming, in between was bored and typed sms as i stirred. looked over the pot with really much love and absolute care. finally, by 3:30pm, the water has bubbles! it is boiling! horrays...

poured them carefully into the molds which contains longans. lolz each nicely placed and positioned with lots. mmz....finally i couldn't resist the temptation. maybe i can just taste a little to see the level of sweetness. is it just right? took my spoon to dap just a little of the liquid. placed it into my mouth. tasting tasting... mmz it taste weird. salty. ehmz....alas i added salt instead of sugar. bleah! was super upset. there goes all my loves for my parents. there goes all my agar agar and longans. haiz i think i can create a diary for myself-how to be happening in the kitchen. i think this isn't the first time i have created a joke in the kitchen. lolz.
