my toe has been stepped. OUCH it was painful initially. i thought it was the smallest toe and the pain would disappear after walking a little. little did i know, it is numbed till i realised the toe doesn't feel right. it must have hit a crucial nerve la...despite studying tcm, i didn't manage to diagnose the exact point of impact. shall just let it continue the way it is, maybe after more walking today, it'll be recovered.
